How Is The Bread Crumb Production Line Used To Make Bread Crumbs?

The main functions of the bread crumb production line are:

1. As a fried food noodle coat

Bread crumbs are usually fried in Western style, also known as Western frying, which involves wrapping the ingredients in sequence with low gluten flour and egg mixture, and then covering them with a layer of bread crumbs. The food fried in this way has a crispy taste and a beautiful golden color in appearance.

2. Relieve the time for food to be fried and charred: When making fried foods, it is easy to fry and burn if not careful. Adding bread crumbs can alleviate this phenomenon.

3. To enhance the taste of food: When baking bread or cake, sprinkle a layer of breadcrumb on top of the prepared food and drizzle it with olive oil or add a small piece of cream to enhance the taste of the food.

Process flow:

Process composition of bread crumb production line:

3. Expander: With a dedicated control cabinet, it can produce strip-shaped products in high-pressure environments

4. Cutting machine: Cut long products into short strips

5. Elevator: Transport the product to the oven, and the height of the elevator is determined based on the oven.

6. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees through a control cabinet. The interior is made of stainless steel double-layer mesh bags, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed to reduce moisture and increase shelf life;

7. Elevator: After baking, it is transported to the wet mill

8. Wet mill: Crush elongated products into bran like shapes

9. Grading screen: Screen out different products

10. Packaging machine: Vertical packaging machine and combination computer weighing packaging machine can be used.
