Features
The tapioca pearl making machine adopts a twin-screw extrusion process, using starch, syrup, edible gum and other materials as raw materials to produce pearl balls. The tapioca pearl making machine processing, there is a mixing tank to stir the raw materials. The raw materials are injected into the extruder through a liquid injection machine. The verified pressure and temperature inside the extruder are pushed and squeezed out of the machine. The machine comes with a rotary cutting device to quickly cut the product into round particles, which are pearl particles. The prepared pearl particles are transported to the cooling machine for cooling, and then enter the packaging step.
