Artificial Rice Production Line Introduction
The artificial rice production line is a fully automatic extrusion processing system for producing nutritious reconstructed rice from raw materials like rice flour, corn flour, broken rice, grains, beans and nutritional additives. Adopting twin-screw extrusion technology, the whole workflow includes raw material mixing, conveying, extrusion shaping, cutting, drying and cooling.
First, mixed powder is evenly blended with precise water proportioning to form uniform dough. The twin-screw extruder high-temperature and high-pressure gelatinizes materials, then extrudes long rice strips, which are cut into rice-shaped grains instantly by rotary cutters. Wet artificial rice enters multi-layer drying ovens to remove excess moisture, followed by cooling screening to separate unqualified particles.
This line features high automation, low energy consumption and stable output. It can fortify rice with protein, vitamins, calcium and iron to solve malnutrition issues. Small footprint and easy operation suit food factories of different scales.
