Products Description

Low moisture extrusion uses a twin-screw extruder to process soy protein meat products, which are made from raw materials such as soybean meal and isolated protein. Under the high temperature and high pressure of the twin-screw extruder, vegetarian food with fibrous meat fibers is produced. This product is dry and should be soaked in water during use. It tastes like meat. Highly favored by vegetarians. The entire production process is fully automated, hygienic and safe.
