Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly check whether the fixing bolts of each connecting flange, distribution box, and gearbox are loose, and if so, tighten them.
2. The gearbox should replace the lubricating oil every six months, and the oil level should be between the oil level gauge and the oil level line. The lubricating oil should be HJ-40 and HJ-50 mechanical oil.
3. The distribution box should be cleaned and lubricated every two months, and replaced every 800 hours thereafter. The lubricating oil is HJ-40 mechanical oil.
4. Regularly check the working condition of the rotary cutting blade. If it is worn or damaged, please replace it in a timely manner to avoid affecting the quality of product molding.
5. If the machine is not turned on for a long time, please apply oil to the mold head, screw, and other components to prevent rust.
6. The electrical wiring of the machine should be checked once a week. All wiring must not be loose or dusty. Insulation resistance (not less than 0.5M Ω) and grounding resistance should be checked every six months.
7. If the main engine runs continuously for 20 days, the wear of the thrust bearings in the distribution box should be checked. If bearing wear or excessive clearance is found, please replace it in a timely manner.
