     On this advanced production line, the grain powder is finely proportioned and processed before entering the twin-screw extruder. The extruder precisely controls temperature and pressure, causing the grain powder to undergo physical changes under high pressure and high temperature, forming puffed particles with a certain shape and texture. During this process, the starch in the flour undergoes gelatinization and protein denaturation, giving the puffed particles a unique taste and flavor.

     Subsequently, the puffed particles enter the frying process. At the appropriate frying temperature and time, a golden crispy outer shell is formed on the surface of the particles, while a soft and porous structure is maintained inside, making the final product both delicious and healthy.
