The plant-based meat production process is a twin screw extruder vegetarian meat production line independently developed by Mingben Company. The modified production line consists of seven parts, namely raw material mixing system, raw material conveying system, twin screw extrusion ripening system, cutting system, injection system, drying system, and cooling system. The entire plant-based meat production process is fully automated and only requires two workers to work. A single production line can produce up to 500 kilograms per hour.
