Features
We supply milk tea pearls making machine. The milk tea pearl making machine adopts twin-screw extrusion technology to produce pearl balls from raw materials such as starch, syrup, and edible glue. The production process of milk tea pearls is fully automated, with a mixing tank to stir the raw materials, which are injected into a twin-screw extruder through a liquid injection machine. As the most important machine for producing milk tea pearls, the twin-screw extruder is pushed out and extruded through appropriate pressure and temperature inside the twin-screw extruder. The twin-screw extruder has a circular hole shaped mold to produce round ready to eat milk tea pearls. The machine is equipped with a rotary cutting device, which can quickly cut the product into round particles, which are ready to eat pearl particles. Transport the prepared pearl particles to a cooling machine for cooling, and then enter the packaging.
