Production Line Process
The production process of puffed bread crumbs mainly includes the following steps:
- Raw Material Preparation: Use flour, rice flour, corn flour or starch as basic raw materials and mix them in proportion.
- Flour Mixing: Fully stir and mix the raw materials with water through a flour mixer.
- Extrusion Puffing: Use a twin-screw extruder to gelatinize and puff the raw materials under high temperature and high pressure to form strip-shaped semi-finished products.
- Cutting: Use a traction cutting machine to cut the puffed long strip products into short sections.
- Drying: Remove moisture through multi-layer ovens (electric ovens or gas ovens) to extend the shelf life.
- Crushing and Screening: The dried products are crushed into crumb-like shapes by a wet mill, and qualified particles are screened out by a vibrating screen.
