After the product's moisture evaporates thoroughly, it enters the frying process. During the frying process, the product undergoes secondary swelling, resulting in better swelling and crispy taste. However, the equipment scale is relatively large. The production line adopts multi zone water cooling and intelligent temperature control system to ensure the production environment. The PLC intelligent centralized control system provides real-time data display, and the machine barrel is embedded with alloy wear-resistant liners to improve the wear resistance of the machine barrel. Its main equipment includes a mixer, a twin screw extruder , a shaping and cutting machine , a dryer , a fryer , a spray seasoning machine, etc;The entire line is designed and arranged in a customized manner, with customized supporting plans and workshop layouts tailored to the actual needs of customers.
