(1) First, place the equipment on a level and solid ground to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
(2) Open the packaging of the host, feeder, and control cabinet, inspect the appearance, fasteners, power switch, and power cord of the equipment, and check whether the fasteners are loose during transportation, whether the appearance is collided, and whether the power switch and power cord are damaged.
(3) Check for foreign objects and debris in the feeding hopper and discharge port of the feeder.
(4) Install the feeder and discharge port, and align the discharge port of the feeder with the discharge port to ensure that the material accurately falls into the discharge port after the feeder comes out.
