Artificial Rice Extruder Machine
Artificial rice extruder machine (also known as fortified rice extruder or nutrition rice making machine) is the core equipment in the production line of artificial rice, fortified rice kernels (FRK), or nutritional rice. It adopts advanced twin-screw extrusion technology to transform rice flour, corn flour, broken rice, or other grain flours into rice-shaped granules via high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-shear processing.
The machine processes raw materials through mixing, conditioning, extrusion, gelatinization, molding, and cutting.
Feeding & Mixing: Raw materials (rice flour, corn flour, etc.) and additives (vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber) are mixed with water/steam in a pre-conditioner.
Extrusion & Gelatinization: The mixture enters the twin-screw extruder barrel. Under controlled temperature (100–150°C), pressure, and screw shear, starch is fully gelatinized and cooked.
Molding & Cutting: The dough is forced through a rice-shaped die plate and cut into uniform grains by a rotating knife.
Post-treatment: Wet granules are dried, cooled, and packaged to produce finished artificial rice.
