High-moisture Soy Protein Extrusion Line
High-moisture Soy Protein Extrusion Line is a specialized industrial production system designed to manufacture high-moisture textured soy protein (HMTP), also known as high-moisture meat analog (HMMA). It uses advanced twin-screw extrusion technology to restructure plant proteins into fibrous, meat-like products with a juicy, tender texture similar to real animal meat.
This production line operates at a moisture content of 50%–80%, much higher than traditional low-moisture textured vegetable protein (TVP/TSP). Through precise control of temperature, pressure, shear force and cooling molding, soy protein isolate, soy concentrate, vital wheat gluten and other raw materials are transformed into layered, fibrous structures during extrusion.
