Edible Straw Production Line

  The edible straw production line uses a variety of high-quality raw materials, such as flour, corn starch, cassava starch, potato starch, and potato whole wheat flour. By using a twin-screw extruder for processing, these raw materials are extruded into various specifications of billets. After strict drying procedures, these billets are further transformed into edible straws with smooth surfaces and diverse shapes.
    These straws can stand firm for 4-5 hours in cold drinks and maintain stability for 1-2 hours even in hot drinks, ensuring their firmness and non deformation during use. The unique unit screw combination technology and precise control of the production process enable us to use a wider range of raw materials, not only improving product quality but also enriching product variety.
