Corn Chips Making Machine process

1.Firstly, we use a flour mixer to evenly mix various ingredients.
2. Transfer the mixed raw materials to the twin-screw extruder through a conveyor system.

3.In the extruder, the raw materials are extruded and heated to expand into granules.
4. Then, after a simple drying process, the particles are allowed to reach an appropriate moisture content.
5.Subsequently, these particles are fed into a tablet press, further compressed and molded into thin sheets.
6. Dry these thin sheets to remove excess moisture.
7. Then, the corn flakes are placed in a high-temperature oven for a second puffing treatment.
8.After puffing, we will sprinkle sugar evenly on the corn flakes.
9. Next, perform another drying to tightly bond the sugar with the corn flakes.

10. Finally, through the cooling step, gradually cool and solidify the corn flakes.
