Cassava Modified Starch Extruder

Cassava modified starch is a widely used modified starch. When used, it only needs to be mixed with cold water to form a paste, eliminating the trouble of heating and gel. Widely used in industries such as medicine, food, cosmetics, feed, oil drilling, metal casting, textiles, and papermaking.

 Cassava modified starch extruder is a method of producing cassava modified starch based on the principle of extrusion puffing, using a spiral extrusion puffing machine. Add pre adjusted wet starch with a moisture content of 15-20% into the extruder. Starch is heated and gel through friction and screw shaft extrusion, and then extruded under high pressure through small holes with a diameter of 1-10mm. Once the material enters the atmosphere, it immediately expands and dries, and is crushed and screened to obtain cassava modified starch.
