The core equipment in the production line is still the puffing machine, but it has been improved from a single-screw puffing machine to a twin-screw puffing machine that is more comprehensive in function and simpler to operate. Furthermore, the production process incorporates multiple processes such as ingredient preparation, shaping, baking, seasoning, and filling. The puffed food production line integrates these processes into a set of automated production line equipment. The puffed food production line can use various grain powders as raw materials to produce puffed foods in various shapes such as spheres, rods, and irregular granules, and endow these products with a variety of flavors through seasoning processes, such as roasted meat flavor, tomato flavor, spicy flavor, etc. The puffed food production line is made of stainless steel and features automated electronic control. Each production line has a capacity ranging from tens to hundreds of kilograms per hour, and equipment solutions can be customized to meet the user's needs.
