Instant Porridge Machines

     The core component of the instant porridge machine, twin-screw extruder, adopts advanced mechanical principles, and carries out efficient and fine processing of granular powder materials through the cooperation of two precisely designed helical screws.

     In the production of instant porridge, the role of twin-screw extruder cannot be ignored. When the particle powder enters the twin-screw extruder, the two spiral screws start to rotate and squeeze and rub against each other. This mechanical action causes strong shear and extrusion forces on the particle powder inside, resulting in physical changes. The particle powder gradually expands during this process, with a significant increase in volume and a more porous internal structure.

     The expanded particle powder is more conducive to the subsequent crushing process. After preliminary treatment by a twin-screw extruder, these materials are fed into a fine crushing device. Here, they are further broken into small particles. The size and shape of these particles are precisely controlled to meet the requirements of instant Congee production.
