Pre Gelatinized Starch Production Line

The twin screw extrusion system of the pre gelatinized starch production line is specially designed to melt and gelatinize starch. Then, the system extrudes the starch in the form of flakes or granules. The next steps are drying and crushing to complete the production of modified starch. This process is continuous, from feeding to finished product, all completed in one go, with a high degree of automation.
The connection between devices is tight and the control of dust is very strict. According to different application scenarios, the material of the entire production line can be food grade stainless steel or general steel. And some special parts, such as the screw and cutter of the extruder, use high-strength special steel that is harmless to the human body.
This production line has a high degree of automation, stable product quality, and can produce continuously (at least 72 hours) without waste and with low energy consumption. The modified starch products produced are widely used in industries such as construction, coal processing, oil drilling, printing and dyeing, food, and pharmaceuticals.
