Features
According to the different needs of the product, the modified starch/pre gelatinized starch processing line mainly uses different types of plant starch as the main raw materials. After adding an appropriate amount of water to these raw materials, the starch will undergo denaturation in the high-temperature and high-pressure environment of the extruder through the shearing effect of the twin-screw on the material. This process introduces new functional groups into starch molecules, or changes the size and particle characteristics of starch molecules, thereby altering their inherent properties.
