This production line utilizes twin-screw extrusion technology, which precisely controls the temperature, pressure, and shear force during the extrusion process to cause gelatinization and denaturation of the raw starch in the material.
The entire production process strictly follows food grade raw materials and requirements, so the main component of the product is starch, which is not only non-toxic and harmless, but also can be consumed directly, and has good natural degradation performance.
Of particular note, this edible straw does not dissolve after soaking in warm water for several hours, but instead undergoes water absorption and expansion, making it an ideal alternative to plastic straws.
