Nutritional Rice Making Machine

Nutritional rice is mainly made from raw materials of miscellaneous grains, water containing raw materials of fruits and vegetables, rice, and konjac flour, which are puffed, crushed, stirred, matured, granulated, and dried. 

The Nutritional Rice production line uses the advanced twin-screw extrusion process. Nutritional rice is made from corn, green beans, red beans, millet, rice, and bitter buckwheat as raw materials, after screening and cleaning, corn peeling and navel removal, crushing, blending and stirring, puffing, and drying. Artificial Nutritional rice is made from fine rice flour as raw material, which is processed through processes such as adding water, stirring, puffing, cooling, drying, and sieving. It looks like rice, with yellow corn making artificial rice light yellow and white corn making it semi puffed with a certain degree of transparency. Rice made from this type of corn is tastier than rice made from cornmeal or corn residue. There are various types of commercially available artificial rice, including those with added sugar, lysine, and vitamins, making it an extremely convenient food.
