The fortified rice production line is independently developed by our company. It uses twin screw extruder to process large Rice noodles into nutritious rice, and uses broken rice as raw material to save costs. The process of this fortified rice production line starts from the big Rice noodles, which is stirred by the flour mixer, and then goes through the conveyor to the twin screw extruder for ripening. It is cut into the shape of rice grains, dried by the hot air drum, and then transported through the blower to the dryer for drying. The moisture of the product rice is removed to make it dry and increase the shelf life.
