This production line consists of a flour mixer, a twin-screw host, a bread bran cooling frame, a traction cutting machine, an elevator, a bran pressing machine, a bran beating machine, a bran screening machine, a three-layer oven, and a seasoning machine. Pour flour, starch, monoglycerides, salt water and other materials in proportion into the mixing machine and mix evenly. The feeding mechanism evenly and stably feeds them into the twin screw machine barrel. Through the forced conveying, squeezing, shearing, and kneading of the twin screw shaft, they are extruded from the matching mold.
